Snacking is an eating habit that occurs out of habit. It usually occurs at the same time, such as after meals, before bed, or during certain activities such as watching movies, working, or reading. This causes us to receive more energy from food than necessary and converts to accumulated fat in the long run.

Eating behavior is something that comes from daily habits. It takes time to gradually change. You shouldn’t put too much pressure on yourself.

Eat your main meals until you are full. In each meal, eat until you feel full. You should not skip the main meal, especially for those who want to control their weight. Eat healthy food until you are full instead of reducing the amount of food because it will make you hungry faster and you will have to constantly find something to eat. And in eating the main meal, eating a variety of foods will help you enjoy that meal more. When you are full from the main meal, there is no longer a need for a lot of snacks.
